Jennifer Aniston and Adam Sandler will be shooting their latest movie in Prague later this year, according to a new report from US tabloid Radar Online.
The film, titled Murder Mystery, is the latest project in an exclusive deal between Netflix and Sandler’s production company Happy Madison, following The Ridiculous 6, The Do-Over, Sandy Wexler, and The Week Of.
Sandler stars as a New York City cop who finally takes his wife (Aniston) on that long-awaited European vacation. But while overseas, the couple become the prime suspects in the titular murder mystery.
Sandler and Aniston had previously starred together in the 2011 comedy Just Go with It (pictured at top).
Filming dates and locations had previously not been announced, but if Radar Online report can be trusted, the stars will be shooting in Prague, possibly starting later this summer.
“Jen signed onto this movie for the chance to work with Adam again, the very big payday and the opportunity to explore Eastern Europe and spend an extended time overseas,” an unidentified source told the tabloid.
“Adam is famous for creating a resort-like atmosphere on his sets — it’s one of the most easygoing jobs in Hollywood to get cast in one of his movies, so Jen knows she’s in for a fun and not stressful time.”
Aniston separated from husband Justin Theroux earlier this year.
Murder Mystery is slated to be directed by Kyle Newacheck, who previously made the Netflix comedy Game Over, Man!, from a script by James Vanderbilt (Zodiac, Independence Day: Resurgence).
IMDb also lists Montreal and Italy among the filming locations.
